Tartan
I designed an original tartan for the University of Arkansas. The warp and weft counts are drawn from the coordinates of our engraved Senior Walk sidewalks, and the palette comes straight from the university's official colors.

I created a going-out lookbook with a bohemian twist. Each look mixes fringe, feathers, satin, and bold prints with unexpected pieces like cowboy boots and statement jewelry, so the outfits feel free-spirited but still polished enough for a night out. I set every board against a textured backdrop to bring out its colors and mood.

Activewear
In 2025, I created a mood board capturing that year's trending workout pieces. I built the color palette from WGSN's predicted trend colors: navy, black, sky blue, and blush, with pops of red and cocoa brown. I pulled from sleek one-piece suits, flared leggings, and cozy sweat sets to show activewear that moves easily from a workout to the rest of the day.

Eyecatching Evening Wear
I created a Spring/Summer mood board for evening wear, including the color palette and fabrics. The five-color palette of Muted Magenta, Dazed Dahlia, Lavish Lemon, Olive Oasis, and Tender Tangerine is paired with fabric swatches and a runway lineup full of feathers, fringe, sequins, and ruffles.

Halter Maxi Dress
I'm currently designing and constructing a halter maxi dress in my advanced sewing lab. I began by creating the pattern pieces in VStitcher and tailoring them to my model's measurements, using the 3D avatar to check the fit. Now I'm in the lab building the prototype, with the final garment to follow.
